What to Expect

Your first few visits are about getting to know you and creating a treatment plan that works.

First Visit (60-90 minutes)

  • Review your health history
  • Discuss current symptoms and concerns
  • Explore your goals for treatment
  • Begin developing a treatment plan

Second Visit (30-60 minutes)

  • Review and finalize your diagnosis
  • Discuss treatment recommendations
  • Start medication if appropriate
  • Begin therapy sessions

Ongoing Care (15-60 minutes)

  • Regular check-ins on progress
  • Medication monitoring if needed
  • Therapy sessions as planned
  • Adjust treatment as needed

We believe in transparent pricing and work with most major insurance plans.

We are in-network with most major insurance plans. We'll verify your benefits before your first visit.

Therapy Session (45-60 min)$150-200
Medication Check (15-30 min)$100-150

We may be able to provide superbills for potential insurance reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate - Your Right to Know

Under federal law, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before you receive services. This estimate helps you understand the cost of your care.

Important Policies

Clear policies help us provide the best care and maintain professional boundaries.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • Late cancellations may be charged the full session fee
  • Please arrive on time—late arrivals may shorten sessions
  • Emergencies and illnesses are always understandable

Medication Refill Policy

  • Request refills during business hours
  • Allow 48 hours for refill processing
  • Must have active appointment within 90 days
  • Controlled substances require in-person or telehealth visit

Communication Boundaries

  • Use patient portal for all non-urgent messages
  • Messages answered within 1-2 business days
  • No therapy via text or email
  • For crisis: Call 988 or go to emergency room

All forms, scheduling, and secure messaging happens through our patient portal.
